We review charges from the system and perform an initial review to verify the accuracy of the information. If a claim is found to be invalid, we provide coding guidance and recommendations based on the latest coding standards, helping providers correct errors before submission.
After thoroughly reviewing charges for accuracy, we submit all eligible claims electronically. We’re committed to submitting all clean claims to the appropriate insurance carriers within 24 hours of charge posting—helping to improve your cash flow and reduce administrative burden.
Following submission, we follow up on each claim every 15 days until payment is received. Each interaction is carefully documented to ensure your claims remain active and closely monitored
We proactively follow up with the insurance carrier every 15 days until the claim is paid. This allows us to maintain full visibility into the status of each claim and to identify early signs of potential payment denial—such as missing documentation or incorrect modifiers. If a payer fails to adjudicate a claim within the expected timeframe, we initiate timely follow-up actions.
Once a payment is deposited into your financial account, all payments are posted within 24 hours. Simultaneously, we compare the payment against your contracted rates and allowable schedules to identify any underpayments.
